Customs will hold training sessions for exporters, clearing agents: Collector Ahmed Reza

SIALKOT: Collector Customs Sialkot Ahmed Reza Khan has said that the Customs Department is planning to start refresher and training courses for exporters and customs clearing agents. He said that the department will extend full support and give preference to exporters of Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) for training.

Talking to Customs Today, Ahmed Reza said that these training courses are necessary for SMEs exporters and customs clearing agents, due to launching of WeBOC software and form “I”.

He said that all customs clearing agents are bound to participate in these refresher courses whereas the Customs Department will invite all SMEs exporters for participation in courses and training. He said if the SMEs exporters will participate in courses and training then will enhance their skills. He said nominal fee will be charged for these courses and training which will they can deposit in concerned banks.
