LAHORE: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has seized a huge quantity of narcotics worth million of rupees in various operations and arrested drug smugglers.
According to details, the ANF while carrying out intelligence led operation, raided a godown in Al-Aziz Plaza, Main Market, Sambrial, Sialkot, resulting in seizure of 1,280.2 kilograms of hashish along with a 44 bore rifle, one magazine and six live rounds.
During another operation, the ANF arrested a drug trafficker, Abdul Razzaq, and recovered four kilograms hashish from his possession. He was arrested on Multan-Muzaffargarh Road near Mianwali. Separate cases have been registered at ANF police stations and further investigations are underway.
