KARACHI: Special Court of Customs Judge Syed Faiz Rasool Rashdi on Monday adjourned the hearing of 24 customs-related cases.
On Monday, a total of 24 cases were fixed for hearing before the court, however in most of the cases, counsels completed their arguments; therefore, the court adjourned the hearings for further arguments.
Out of 24 cases, 10 cases were fixed for prosecution evidences of accused namely Abdul Ghaffar Bundi & others, Malik Farooq & others, Azher Iqbal, Ayaz Ahmed, Mehr Muhammad Ameen & others. Six cases were fixed for bails and eight cases for regular hearing.
