FST bench adjourns hearing of petitions filed by FBR employees until June 7

ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Federal Service Tribunal (FST) on Friday adjourned the hearing of cases filed by the employees of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) until June 7.

A division bench of the FST comprising members, Syed Muhammad Hamid and Ishtiaq Ahmed, heard the application making submission regarding “grant of annual increment” and early hearing of a service matter filed against the FBR administration.

The appellant, Riaz Ali, had filed the plea for “grant of annual increment” but was denied by the FBR despite filing application at department.

Another petition was filed by Hakim Ali Sumro. The tribunal had adjourned the hearing of both the petitions until next month.
