Sialkot Customs collects Rs 785,000 through auction of non-duty paid car

SIALKOT: The Customs Intelligence and Investigation Department, Gujranwala division, has auctioned a non-duty paid car the other day.

According to sources, the Customs Intelligence staff impounded a non-duty paid Toyota Hilux Surf a few days ago. The owner of the car had failed to show any legal documents to the customs officials.The department later decided to auction. Superintendent Muhammad Anwar conducted the auction after instructions from Assistant Director Ms. Zainab Mehmood.
