ANF court jails two drug peddlers for 15 months

KARACHI: The special court for control of narcotics while hearing a case of drugs smuggling sentenced to two culprits.

According to the details, culprit Jamal Nasir and Momin Khan was nabbed during a raid and two and half kilograms of drugs were recovered from their possession.

The special court after hearing the arguments of the lawyers ordered to send the culprits in imprisonment for one year and three months with thirteen, thirteen thousand rupees fine penalties.

The culprit Momin Khan admitted the crime of drugs smuggling on which the honorable court reduced the punishment from one year and three months to only a year of imprisonment.
