FAISALABAD: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested a human trafficker involved in sending people abroad on fake documents from Khushab.
Faisalabad FIA Director Chaudhary Mazherulla, Inspector Saeed Imam Zaidi and Sub-Inspector Muhammad Zafar Iqbal, following information, arrested Shehzad son of Muhammad Faqeer. The accused was involved in looting people by extorting huge amounts from them in guise of sending them abroad.
The accused had allegedly extorted Rs 280,000 from a citizen named Muhammad Adrees for sending his relative, Mubeen Ahmad, abroad, but he could not do the same.
The FIA has sent him behind the bars after registering a case against him on the charges of human trafficking.
