FAISALABAD: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested a human trafficker involved in sending people abroad on fake documents.
FIA Deputy Director Mazharullah, Inspector Saeed Imam Zaidi Ghazanfer Ali, following information, conducted a raid and arrested Mohammad Zulfiqar Malik, a resident of Toba Tek Singh. The accused was involved in looting people by extorting huge amounts from them in guise of sending them abroad.
The accused had allegedly extorted Rs 100,000 from a citizen named Mohammad Yaqoob for sending his son to Dubai but he couldn’t to do the same.
The FIA sent the accused behind the bars after registering a case against him on charges of human trafficking.
