FST will hear eight cases filed against FBR today

ISLAMABAD: Three benches of the Federal Service Tribunal (FST) will hear eight cases filed against the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Wednesday (today).

A division bench of the FST comprising of Members Muhammad Arshad and M Javed Iqbal Kasi would hear a case filed by Mansoor Sadiq who had taken up a seniority matter before the tribunal.

Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Dr Nazir Saeed would hear six promotion cases filed by Fakhr-e-Azam,  Chand Bibi, Sami-ul-Haq, Noor Jamal, Shafqat Rasool Sindhu and Iftikhar Qutab.

Another bench of the FST comprising of Syed Hamid and Ishtiaq Ahmed will take up the hearing of Inam ul Haque’s plea filed against the FBR.
