Collector Appraisement-West Dr Farid Iqbal Qureshi directs officials to achieve revenue target

KARACHI: Collector of Customs Collectorate Appraisement-West Dr Farid Iqbal Qureshi has urged officials to utilize all their resources in order to meet the revenue target for the current fiscal year 2015-2016.

Collector Dr Farid asked the additional collectors, deputy collectors and assistant collectors to ensure timely completion of the pending work so that more revenue could be generated in remaining days of the current fiscal year.

During the meeting, the Collector said that the status of legal cases of the Collectorate should be reviewed and also asked the officials concerned to present the revenue figures which are stuck up at legal forum.

The Collector  Appraisement West Dr Farid Iqbal further asked the authorities concerned to enhance the performance of Appraising Intelligence Branch (AIB) and Post Release Verification (PRV) Sections as those departments of the Collectorate are playing vital role in generating and achieving revenue targets
