The counsel for appellant argued before the authority that the RTO was using delaying tactics for the issuance of refunds in wake of sales tax. The counsel appealed the FTO to order the respondent to refund the tax amount to the appellant.

The counsel for respondent party argued and briefed the FTO advisor about the reasons of delaying in the refunds to WBM Private Limited.

After hearing the arguments, the advisor ordered the RTO-II to settle the matters of the company within 30 days.
