FTO orders Bhatti Ice Factory to submit record to RTO

LAHORE: The Federal Tax Ombudsman (FTO) has ordered the appellant, Bhatti Ice Factory, to submit record to the Regional Tax Office (RTO) within thirty days, besides directing the RTO to process the record and allocate accurate amount of refunds to the factory.

After hearing the arguments of appellant’s counsel, FTO Advisor Muneeb Qureshi issued orders and adjourned the case for one month until July 9, 2016.
