ST.PETERSBURG: The outflow of capital from Russia has decreased almost by nine times, Russian President Vladimir Putin said here the other day.
“The outflow of capital in our country has decreased by [many] times… As far as know, we have almost a nine-fold reduction,” Putin said at a meeting with heads of international news agencies.
According to Putin, it means that the money remains in Russia, which increases its economic attractiveness.
