FST to hear four cases filed by FBR employees today

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Service Tribunal (FST) will hear four cases on Wednesday filed by employees of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) carrying complaints regarding their promotion and implementation of the FST’s previous decisions.

A division bench of the FST comprising members, Muhammad Arshad Bhatti and Syed Rafique Hussain Shah, will hear the cases filed by Ahmed Hussain and Mansoor Sadiq. They have submitted cases about promotion and seniority, respectively.

Another bench of FST comprising Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Syed Muhammad Hamid also will hear a case  filed by Muhammad Sulaman Javed. Meanwhile, FST also heard plenty of cases of FBR employees on Thursday and adjourned their hearings.

Federal Service Tribunal’s division bench comprising Members, Muhammad Arshad Bhatti and Syed Rafique Hussain Shah heard the cases carrying matter regarding “withholding of one increments.”

Kifayatullah Khan, Syed Ashfaq Hussain, Atta Muhammad, Malik Aman, Farid Khan, Muhammad Zaman, Inamullah Khan, Abdul Wahid, Asmat Kamal, Muzaffar Khan, Amir Ghazal and Mian Imtiaz Ali Shah had filed these cases.
