Customs Court issues warrants for suspect in smuggling case

LAHORE: The Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling has issued warrants for a suspect who is wanted in a smuggling case.

According to the details, Kamran Khan son of Abdul Khaliq  a resident of a village near Bannu Khyber Pakhutunkhwa, was issued many notices to appear before the court for attending the hearing. But, he remained reluctant to appear before the court to defended himself.  therefore, the Customs Court has issued warrants directing him to appear before the court within 10 days otherwise he will be declared a proclaimed offender.
