Customs Court adjourns hearing of five pre-arrest bail pleas

LAHORE: The Special Federal Court of Customs Taxation and Anti Smuggling adjourned five pre-arrest bail pleas on Wednesday.

According to details available to Customs Today, lawyers observed a black day to show solidarity with Kashmiris who are bearing cruelty of the Indian Army in the valley. A number of cases were scheduled for hearing in the customs court that were adjourned for new dates. Five pre-arrest bail pleas, including from Tahir Hussain, Ihsanul Haq, Muhammad Saeed, Abdul Razzaq and Muhammad Tahir were also scheduled for hearing on Wednesday but the court adjourned the hearing for next week.
