Sialkot Addl Collector Faiz Ali exonerated

ISLAMABAD: Faiz Ali, a Pakistan Customs Service officer of BS-19, has been exonerated from the charges levelled against him.

As per details, the disciplinary proceedings were initiated under Government Servants (Efficiency & Discipline) Rules, 1973 against the officer, presently posted as Additional Collector, Model Customs Collectorate, Sialkot vide charge sheet/statement of allegations No.2(8)/98-M-II-(Customs-I) dated 13.11.2015 on the charge of ‘inefficiency’.

According to the inquiry report, all the charges and allegations levelled against Faiz Ali on account of ‘inefficiency’ did not establish. The authorized officer/Member (Administration), after having considered the inquiry report and documentary evidence available on record, exonerated the officer from the charge levelled against him.
