Sialkot Addl Collector Faiz Ali exonerated

ISLAMABAD: Faiz Ali, a Pakistan Customs Service officer of BS-19, has been exonerated from the charges levelled against him.

As per details, the disciplinary proceedings were initiated under Government Servants (Efficiency & Discipline) Rules, 1973 against the officer, presently posted as Additional Collector, Model Customs Collectorate, Sialkot vide charge sheet/statement of allegations No.2(8)/98-M-II-(Customs-I) dated 13.11.2015 on the charge of ‘inefficiency’.

According to the inquiry report, all the charges and allegations levelled against Faiz Ali on account of ‘inefficiency’ did not establish.
