Mehrin Liaqat takes charge as Second Secretary (PR-FATE)

ISLAMABAD: Mehrin Liaqat, a BS-18 officer of Information Group, has assumed the charge of the post of Second Secretary (PR-FATE), Federal Board of Revenue (HQ).

The services of officer were placed at the disposal of FBR (HQ), Islamabad with effect from August 25 on deputation basis initially for a period of three years on standard terms and conditions.

Mehrin, in pursuance of the Ministry of Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage, Islamabad’s Notification No. 703/IG dated 19.08.2016, assumed the charge of the said post with effect from August 25. According to the notification, unless otherwise directed by the competent authority, the officer will stand repatriated to her parent department on completion of her deputation period without further notice.
