Customs Appraisement, Preventive start routine working after Eid

LAHORE: Customs Appraisement and Preventive Thursday resumed normal routine work after Eid ul Azha holidays.

As per details, Customs Preventive Collector Zulfiqar Younas attended his office and started looking after the routine works of the collectorate while people and staff visited the office and paid Eid greetings to the collector.

On the other hand, Customs Preventive Additional Collector Nayyar Shafique and Deputy Collector headquarters Muhammad Afzal attended the office and performed their routine businesses at the collectorate.

Similarly, Customs Appraisement Collector Muhammad Sadiq also started the routine working at his Mughalpura Dry Port office, while his subordinates including Additional Collector Rubab Sikandar and Additional Collector Jamil Nasir also attended the office and had meeting with the staff over clearance matters.

Customs Appeals Collector Asif Mehmood Jah and is staff were also present in the office and conducted routine business of the collectorate.

Meanwhile, the office of Customs Central Region Chief Collector Samaira Nazir office was closed as she is on leaves for a visit to Karachi and will resume her office later.

However, the presence of staff at the Directorate of Post Clarence Audi (PCA) and Directorate of Valuation was slightly low.

Officials, however, said that from Friday customs business will be started with full zeal and zest.
