KARACHI: Directorate General of Customs Valuation issued new value of natural raw rubber of different grades vide Valuation Ruling No 929/2016 under Section 25 (A) of the Customs Act, 1969.
Earlier, customs value of natural raw rubber of different grades were determined vide Valuation Ruling 787/2016 dated January 1, 2016.
As per details, some importers requested for revision in the light of order of Honourable Sindh High Court (SHC) in CP 6918 dated November 10, 2015; therefore, an exercise was undertaken to re-determine the customs value of the subject goods keeping in view the international price trend.
