FST postpones hearing of cases filed by FBR employees till October

ISLAMABAD: A division bench of Federal Service Tribunal adjourned hearing of several cases till third week of October and reserved decision of one case carrying complaint about ‘promotion’.

FST divisional bench comprising  Members, Ishtiaq Ahemd and Dr Nazir Saeed heard these cases. The bench reserved decision of a case filed by Hayat Muhammad Khan. He had submitted a complaint regarding his promotion at FBR which he said had not been granted to him since serving the department for years.

Meanwhile the bench adjourned hearing of Muhammad Ushaq’s case carrying a ‘seniority’ matter while Wilayat Ali Shah submitted plea on ‘promotion, Tariq Masood’s case who had filed a case on ‘reduction to lower stages’.

Hearing of following promotion cases from Irshad Ghafoor, Muhammad Chanzeb, Ashraf Noor and Syed Asifullah was also adjourned.
