Customs Intelligence generates Rs 5.05m through auction of goods, vehicles

FAISALABAD: The Customs Intelligence and Investigations has earned Rs 5.05 million through auction of goods which were seized during anti-smuggling activities.

The Customs Intelligence held an auction of 13 different lots where four lots out of 13 attracted suitable prices. While remaining 9 lots were rejected by the bidders. The Customs Intelligence also recovered Rs 2,78,981 successfully through duty and taxes which were paid by Qaiser Shahzad and Mirza Ijaz Baig on Rani juice.
