ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue Wednesday issued Annual Procurement Plan of FBR (HQ) for the financial year 2016-17.
The Board issued the plan under Rule 8 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004. According to the tender issued by Second Secretary Syed Faheem Anwar Burney, the annual procurement was prepared on the assumption that total allocated budget will be released and the methods of open competitive bidding/petty purchased/quotations/direct contracting and negotiated tendering would be followed.
