FST reserves verdict on complaint filed by FBR employee

ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Federal Service Tribunal (FST) reserved a decision on a complaint filed by an employee of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), challenging ‘removal from services’ during the first week of October.

A division bench of the FST comprising Syed M Hamid and M Javed Iqbal Kasi heard the arguments from both sides and reserved its decision.  Syed Salahuddin Gillani had challenged his removal from the service by the FBR administration.
