Customs Export recovers Rs5.4m during first three week of October

KARACHI: Model Customs Export has recovered Rs5.433 million from the various companies which involved in the tax evasion during first three week of October.

Customs officials told Customs Today that its the result of show cause notices which sent during the month of September and in the last days of October. Now the department issued notice to M/s Gul Bai Garments and Netware Industry to deposit tax amount. During the audit of the company it raveled the said company cleared their consignments of garments and buckram in which misused the PST and did not deposit original amount of tax duties.
