Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 13 cases on Tuesday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal division bench-II comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Technical Member Imran Tariq heard 13 cases. Tribunal adjourned eleven cases until the next hearing and reserved verdicts of two cases.

The Customs Appellate Tribunal adjourned hearing of cases including Pak Electronic versus Post Clearance Audit Lahore, Mir Buksh versus Customs Faisalabad, Nadir Shah versus Customs Faisalabad, Saeed Nawaz versus Customs Multan.

On Tuesday, Customs Appellate Tribunal heard cases, including Customs Faisalabad versus Muhammad Amin, A.S International versus Customs Lahore, Muhammad Habib Khan versus Customs Faisalabad, Muhammad Shakeel versus Customs Lahore, Waseem Enterprises versus Customs Lahore, Inayat & Co versus Customs Faisalabad and Ramaish International versus Customs Lahore.

Furthermore, Tribunal heard two cases Customs Faisalabad versus Noor Muhammad and Saeed Buksh versus Customs Lahore in which the counsel of appellant and recipients appears before the court and argued in the favor of their respective parties.

After hearing the case the members of Customs Appellate Tribunal reserve verdicts for final decision. Tribunal will decide the case very soon in both cases.
