MULTAN: The key post of Additional Collector in Customs Adjudication is still vacant for about one month due to transfer of Additional Collector Fayaz Anwar.

Additional Collector Fayaz Anwar was appointed at the Customs Adjudication Multan Camp Office almost one and half years ago to dispose the pending cases.  He was appointed in the Customs Adjudication after continuous gathering of seizure cases formed by seizing agencies. The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has appointed Additional Collector Fayaz Anwar to deal seizure cases formed by Customs Intelligence and Investigation Multan Range Office and Anti-Smuggling Organization (ASO) Multan Customs. Customs Adjudication Multan Camp Office is facing pendency issues in the disposal of various seizure cases due to the absence of Additional Collector.
