OTTAWA: The FCC has recently released the Canadian Agriculture’s Productivity and Trade report.  The report shows growing exports for the country where it is placed in the top 5 in the edible vegetable category.

Farm Credit Canada believes that the key to sustaining the country’s food supply abroad and in it’s borders relies on diversity, new technology and innovation. According to Agriculture and Agri-Food data by utilizing such technology Canada produced as much food in 2006 as it did in 1961 using half the resources.
