FAISALABAD: Additional Collector Adjudication Beelam-ur-Ramzan issued Order-in-Original (ONO) in favour of Anti-Smuggling Organisation (ASO) Sargodha while hearing a case of non-duty paid Toyota Hilux Surf.
According to details, a team of ASO following intelligence received through Additional Collector Muhammad Saeed Asad intercepted Toyota Hilux Surf bearing Registration No AJKF-8137 model 1993 near factory area chowk in Mianwali. The owner of vehicle, who was identified as Muhammad Yousaf Siddiqi son of Ahmad Baksh resident of Corporation Town Sargodha, was asked to show legal documents regarding import of vehicle but he failed to produce the required documents.

He was asked to provide verification of record but no record was produced by him. During second hearing Inspector Amir Ali appeared from the prosecution side and asserted that the impounded vehicle is non-duty paid and PRAL showed no record of the impounded vehicle which strengthens the case of the department.
