LHC adjourns hearing of Ayan Ali case

LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) called the counsels of appellant and recipients on the next date of hearing. Court also adjourns hearing of the case till four weeks.

According to details, Justice Abdul Sami Khan heard the case in which the counsel of appellant ‘Ayan Ali’ argued before the court that the Lahore High Court already accept the bail of appellant and the customs department fail to produce any evidence before the court.

Added more that in case of appellant customs authorities failed to investigate money laundering case so, the bases of unavailability of cases, Ayan Ali appeal for the absolves from the case.

He also prayed before the court that trail court has rejected the absolves application so the LHC may null and void the order of trail court and release the appellant from the case.

After hearing the case court has called the counsel of appellant for final arguments and adjourned the case till four weeks.
