Customs Tribunal adjourns hearing of 11 cases on Tuesday

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal bench-II comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Technical Member Imran Tariq heard 11 cases on Tuesday and adjourned all of them until the next hearing.

The tribunal heard 11 cases, including Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore versus Shaukat Ali, Amir Muhammad Khan versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Customs Lahore versus Muhammad Naeem, Muhammad Afzal versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, Abdul Razzaq versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Gujrat.

On Wednesday, Customs Appellate Tribunal heard cases, including Muhammad Ayoub versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Rao Muhammad Aslam versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Multan, Rana Shaukat versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore.

Furthermore, the tribunal heard the cases of Rehmat Ullah versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Cress Pak International versus customs Lahore, Ishtiaqe Ahmed versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Multan and Zulafqar Pathan versus Directorate of Intelligence, Investigation Lahore, Aboot Khan versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad.

In all cases, the counsels for the appellants appeared before the court and presented arguments. After hearing the arguments, the tribunal member adjourns the hearing of cases for the next dates of hearings. All cases will be heard on next dates.
