The Customs Adjudication also issued a notice to accused on the violation of Section 10-A. 89(1) and 156(1) of the Customs Act-1969.

However, the adjudication has directed the accused to file reply by the given time. The case of vehicle may be decided in the next hearing, due to be held on 27-2-2017.
