Faisalabad, Khushab customs seize items worth Rs30million in February

FAISALABAD: The Customs Investigation and Intelligence Faisalabad and Field Investigation Unit Khushab confiscated illegally imported items including vehicles worth Rs30million including duty and taxes of Rs18million in February 2017.

Sources told Customs Today that the FIU impounded four vehicles including Mazda Mini Truck with Registration No: LES-12-1794, another container registration No: OOLU-961399-4, a container registration No. WFHV-5010994 and dumper truck with Registration No: GVC-5289 valued Rs01.6million in different operations.

Meanwhile, Faisalabad Customs Intelligence and Field Investigation Unit (FIU) Khushab also seized smuggled goods including chocolate coconut bar ( 48000-Bars), made in China, F/O motifs (1750-kgs), special grade Boski cloths (240-kgs) made in China, miscellaneous media speakers, auto parts, AC Compressor for LTV (169-Pcs), Rani brand fruit juice (6216-Tinpack) made in Iran, Aldin brand chocolate (1200-Boxes), smart dreams brand chocolate (4530-Boxes), foreign origin grey fabrics chiffon (2350-Kgs) and F/O slightly used tyres (179-Nos) and other items during said period.
