Customs Tribunal hears 37 important cases on Wednesday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal heard 37 important cases on Wednesday. The members of all benches from Lahore and Karachi heard the cases in Lahore and adjourned all the cases until the next hearing. Chairman Customs Appellate Tribunal formed special benches to decide the cases.

The Customs Appellate Tribunal special division bench comprising Member Judicial Bench-II Karachi Tahir Zia Mehr and Member Technical Bench-II Karachi Nazim Saleem adjourned 9 cases. The adjourned cases includes D.G.Khan Cement versus customs Lahore, D.K. Enterprises versus customs Lahore, Umer Hayat versus customs Lahore, Collector Customs Sambrial versus Service Independent, Ali Mubisher versus customs Lahore, Collector Customs Faisalabad versus Nasrullah Khan, Mansoor Akber versus customs Faisalabad Muhammad Hussain versus Abdul Basit and collector Customs Lahore versus Ah-Ahmed.

Chairman Customs Appellate Tribunal Justice ® Malik Manzoor Hussain and Member Technical Bench-I Karachi Zulifqar A Kazmi heard 19 cases including Faisalabad Petroleum versus customs Faisalabad, Pak Tractor House versus customs Lahore, Nasir Khan versus customs Faisalabad, Tahir Bharwana versus customs Lahore, Collector Customs Lahore versus Ahmed Oriental two cases, Pervaiz Umer Enterprises versus customs Lahore.

Furthermore, tribunal hears Global Business versus customs Lahore, Behram Khan versus customs Lahore, collector Customs Lahore versus Nextec Polymer, Rehmat Ullah versus customs Lahore and col lector Customs Lahore versus Riaz Bottlers.
