SHC serves notice on IGI Finance Securities Ltd

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court has ordered issuance of notices to respondent IGI Finance Securities Limited for an unspecified date.

An SHC appellate bench, comprising Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Nazar Akbar, was hearing a Sindh Sales Tax Reference Application (SSTRA) filed by Sindh Revenue Board.
