M/s Fauji Fertilizer contests show cause notices issued by FBR

ISLAMABAD: The Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR) has dated in office the hearing of a case submitted by M/s Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited following submission of record.

The ATIR cancelled the hearing of a case submitted by M/s Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited. Earlier the tribunal’s bench had issued notices to parties in the case. The bench asked the lawyers to ensure their presence before the bench in coming days for arguments.

M/s Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited had submitted the department had issued the demand for the tax year 2014 in head of income tax under provisions of Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.
