Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 11 cases on Thursday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal’s Division Bench-II (single and double), comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Member Technical Imran Tariq, heard 11 cases and adjourned all of them until the next hearing.

The Customs Appellate Tribunal’s single bench, comprising Imran Tariq, heard only one case of filed by Muhammad Akram versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad.

On Thursday, the tribunal division bench-II Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Member Technical Imran Tariq, heard 10 cases of M/s Cotton Craft versus customs Lahore, Raja Intsar Mahboob versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Gujrat, Customs Faisalabad versus Iftikhar Ahmed, Aamna Khan versus customs Lahore.

Furthermore, the tribunal heard Malik Fawad versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Customs Lahore versus I.A Corporation, Hamza Traders versus customs Lahore, Saif Ullah versus customs Lahore, Furqan Zubair versus Customs Sambrial and Muhammad Sadiq versus Customs Lahore.

After hearing the arguments from parties, the Customs Appellate Tribunal reserved the verdicts in one case and adjourned all the other cases until the next hearing.
