Kh Tanveer Ahmad takes charge as Member (Operations-IR)

ISLAMABAD: Khawaja Tanveer Ahmad, a BS-21 officer of Inland Revenue Service, Monday assumed the charge of the post of Member (Inland Revenue Operations).

The officer, in pursuance of Board’s Notification No. 1906-IR-I/2017, dated 15.07.2017, relinquished the charge of the post of Director General, Directorate General of Intelligence & Investigation (Inland Revenue), Islamabad and took the charge as Member (Inland Revenue Operations) at Federal Board of Revenue (HQ), Islamabad on July 17.

He took the charge a Director General, Directorate General of Intelligence and Investigation (IR), Islamabad, on February 8, 2016 and relinquished the charge of the post Director General, Directorate General of Internal Audit (IR), Islamabad on the same date.

Tanveer assumed the charge as Director General, Directorate General of Internal Audit (Inland Revenue), Islamabad (stationed at Karachi) on December 22, 2015 and relinquished the charge of the post of Member (HRM) at Federal Board of Revenue (HQ), on the same date. He was also given look-after charge of the post of Member (Legal), FBR (HQ), Islamabad from August 27, 2015 to September 10, 2015, in addition to his own duties.

The officer assumed the charge as Member (HRM) on September 23, 2014 and relinquished the charge of the post of Member (Accounting), Federal Board of Revenue (HQ), Islamabad on the same date.
