FST adjourns hearing of several complaints filed by FBR employees

ISLAMABAD: Federal Service Tribunal dated in office hearing on ‘special allowance’, ‘implementation’ and ‘increment’ complaints filed by employees of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Thursday.

FST bench comprising Members Ishtiaq Ahmed and Dr Nazir Saeed held hearing. The bench heard arguments on case of special allowance filed by Muhammad Boota and cases filed by M Waheed, Anjum Rasheed, and others.

In the meantime, Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Dr Nazir Saeed adjourned hearing of cases filed by Waseem Iqbal, Anjum, Said Hussain Abbasi and Abdul Sattar.

Waseem Iqbal, Anjum Waheed, and Said Hussain Abbasi had filed complaints on ‘implementation’ while Abdul Sattar had submitted a complaint about ‘withholding of three increments’.

Ishtiaq Ahmed and M Javed Iqbal Kasi will resume hearing of cases filed by Noor Muhammad, Muhammad Ishtiaque and Aurangzeb challenging reversion. They had filed their cases in 2016.

Another appellant had filed complaint about implementation by Syed Sultan Abbas. Same bench heard the cases asking the tribunal to ensure implementation over its earlier announced decision which was not yet complied by the board authorities.
