MULTAN: The Customs Collectorate has assigned special duties to their employees at Customs House during the Eid-ul-Azha holidays.
According to the details, Deputy Collector Headquarters Saad Ata Rabbani has issued duty charts of officials who will perform their duties during holidays of Eid-ul-Azha. The customs Collectorate has assigned special duties to Customs employees in ten different shifts at Customs House to carry their necessary operations.
Four employees will perform their responsibilities during every shift in the Eid-ul- Azha holidays. In every shift, a customs inspector along with sepoy, naib qasid and sweeper will perform their duties during the holidays. Each shift will perform their special Eid duties of almost six hours.
On the first day of Eid-ul-Azha 2nd September, Inspector Muhammad Saleem Khan, Sepoy Zafar Iqbal Daharala, Mali Muhammad Raja and Muhammad Ramzan from 12pm to 6 am are assigned duties at the Multan Customs House. From 6 am to 12 pm Inspector Aziz-ur-Rehman, Muhammad Khalid, frash, Sarwar Sindhu Mali, Dawood Ashraf sweeper will perform their duties. From 12 pm to 6 pm Inspector Farrukh Ghulam Abbas, Muhammad Khalid frash, Sarwar Sindhu frash, and Dawood Ashraf sweeper and Inspector Ghulam Asghar, Sepoy Muhammad Jaffar, Naib Qasid Ghulam Akbar Shah and sweeper Boota Masih will perform their assign duties 6 pm to 12 am on the first day of Eid- ul-Azha.
Multan Customs has assigned duties to Inspector Ziaur Rehman, Havaldar Irshad Ali, Muhammad Waris Naib Qasid and Aqib Masih Mali on the second day of Eid-ul-Azha from 12 am to 6 am. On the second day of Eid-ul-Azha from 6 am to 12 pm Inspector Muhammad Azhar Abbas, Sepoy Muhammad Shakeel Nawaz, Sepoy Altaf Hussain and Iqbal Masih sweeper will perform their job 6 am to 12 pm at Multan Customs House.
Multan Customs assigned special duties to Inspector Muhammad Ramzan Sial, Sepoy Muhammad Zeeshan Hameed, Amjad Ali Bukhari sweeper and Mali Allah Wasaya Masih will perform their job from on second day of Eid –ul-Azha 12 pm to 6 pm. Deputy Inspector Asif, Muhammad Rasheed sepoy, Muhammad Sohail and Muhammad Yousaf Mali from 6 pm to 12 am.
Customs Collectorate deputed only one shift on the third day of the Eid-ul-Azha in which Inspector Maqsood Ahmad, Havaldar Ameer Shah, Sepoy Muhammad Irfan Qureshi and Sweeper Bilal Ahmad will perform their duties from 12 am to 6 am.
The Customs Collectorate Multan has deputed inspector for security during Eid-ul-Azha as in charge of their respective shifts. They will also ensure the attendance of class IV staff during their timings and secure main gate, office building, and residential area of the Customs House Multan.
