LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal heard 21 cases on Monday and adjourned all the cases to different dates.
A special single bench comprising Chairman Justice Manzoor Hussain heard four cases, including Collector Customs Lahore versus J.P Construction, Collector Customs Lahore versus H Ali Construction, Zulifqar Ali versus Customs Lahore and Fahad Jabbar versus Customs Lahore.
Special Division bench-II comprising Justice Manzoor Hussain Chairman and Imran Tariq Member Technical bench-II heard five case including Collector Customs Faisalabad versus Chenab Limited, Collector Customs Lahore versus J.S. Brothers, Khawja Muhammad Younis versus Collector Customs Faisalabad, Infomax Pakistan versus Collector Customs Faisalabad and Viva International versus Collector Customs Lahore.
Similarly, division bench-II comprising Omer Arshed Hakeem, Member Judicial and Imran Tariq Member Technical heard eight cases Raaz Muhammad versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Multan Al- Rehman Fabrics versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, Ghogha Shahbaz versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad Muhammad Umer versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Multan.
Furthermore, division bench-II heard Yasir Bashir versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, Shakir Hussain versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad versus Shakoor and Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad versus Fakhar Abbas.
Single bench-II comprising Omer Arshed Hakeem Member Judicial heard four cases including Directorate Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore versus Elahi Corporation, Allah Rakha & Brothers versus Directorate Multan Unit Sadiqabad, Directorate Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore versus Unique Enterprises and Directorate Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore versus M/s Almu Impex.
