PESHAWAR: Torkham Customs has seized nine-kg charas worth Rs650,000 from the possession of an Afghan national at the border.
The charas was hidden inside four shoppers full of grapes. The Customs officials booked the accused for the offence of narco-trafficking.
Meanwhile, the Customs officials also seized over Rs1.8 million Pakistani currency notes from an Afghan national last Friday who was illegally trying to take currency out of the country.
