Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 12 cases on Thursday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal (single & double) bench heard 12 cases on Thursday and adjourned all the cases to different dates and reserved the verdict of a few cases.

According to the details, division bench-II comprising Member Judicial Omer Arshad Hakeem, Member Technical Imran Tariq, heard 11 cases, including Farhan Saleem versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, Rana Shaukat Ali versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Irfan Eziz versus customs Multan.

On Thursday, the same bench heard cases filed by Rehmat Ali versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Tahir Rauf versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Multan, Muhammad Ashraf versus Customs Faisalabad.

Furthermore tribunal hears Customs Multan versus Kukab Enterprises, Muhammad Anwar versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad and Hazoor Bakhsh versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Multan.

The single bench-II comprising Imran Tariq Member Technical heard three cases including Muhammad Hussain versus Customs Faisalabad, Muhammad Rehan versus Customs Lahore and Tanvir Hussain versus Customs Lahore. The same bench adjourned all three cases.

In the cases which are adjourned the members of Customs Appellate Tribunal ordered the appellant to appear on the next dates of hearing and conclude arguments.
