Now Pakistan is exploring new markets to increase its traditional and non-traditional exports. The TDAP will sponsor delegations to and from Africa on regular basis. The Pakistan side has sought Senegal’s support to establish a trade partnership with the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) and the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU). Furthermore, it has been decided that the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan will participate in Dakar International Trade Fair to be held in December 2017 to showcase Pakistani products.

The Pakistan has also proposed to establish a Joint Working Group (JWG) on trade with a view to planning, implementing and monitoring plans and objectives in this area.
