He assured the delegation that Lahore Chamber would extend any kind of support and cooperation to build up these economic ties among the key players of private sectors from both the countries. Zeshan Khalil said that China was well positioned to take advantage of Pakistan’s economic potential and its geo-strategic location. “Let us make trade and investment, the central pillar of this cooperation,” he added.

Acting President mentioned, “Sice year 2000 on, we have witnessed an ever increasing boom in building and construction sector. The real estate business has largely transformed and led to modernization of exterior and interior designing. These trends are creating demands for various building decoration materials. You will realize these factors once you interact with some relevant members related to construction and its associated sectors after the formal session.”

He hoped that their Chinese counterparts would find greater opportunities of business here and leave Pakistan with good memories to share with their colleagues.
