Human trafficker arrested

FAISALABAD: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) claimed on Friday to have arrested a human trafficker for extorting money from a citizen on the pretext of sending him abroad.

According to FIA officials, the accused Muhammad Shakeel son of Abdur Rasheed, resident of Chak No.200-RB Lathianwala had extorted  Rs 3.5 million from a citizen Zulfiqar Ali son of Imam Din resident of Chak No.266-RB Khurarianwala for sending him Britain and his three sons Asghar, Faisal Shehzad and Abbas Ali but he neither sent them abroad nor returned their money. Further investigation was underway.
