ISLAMABAD: Model Customs Collectorate Adjudication Collector Seema Raza Bukhari has ordered to seize Toyota Land Cruiser V-8 model 2008 after getting forensic evidence of tampered chassis number.

Collector Seema made it clear in the order-in-original 86 that the facility was given only for the smuggled cars under SRO-172(1)2013 not for the cars having tampered chassis. Qazi Muhammad Naeem was the counsel of accused while MCC Investigation and Prosecution Deputy Superintendent Saeed Ahmed was prosecutor.
