Chairman FBR to preside over chief commissioner moot tomorrow

ISLAMABAD: Chairman of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has called Chief Commissioner Conference on 6th and 7th January on Saturday and Sunday in Islamabad. In chief commissioners conference performance of the all Regional Tax Offices (RTOs) and Large Taxpayers Units (LTUs) will be reviewed.

According to the details, Chairman of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Tariq Pasha will review the performance of all Regional Tax Offices (RTOs) and Large Taxpayers Units (LTUs) in the last six months (July to December) of Financial Year (FY) 2017-18.

In this regard Chairman FBR called all Chief Commissioners of Regional Tax Offices (RTOs) and Large Taxpayers Units (LTUs) in Islamabad.

Source told Customs Today to participate in the Chief Commissioner Conference the Corporate Regional Tax Office (CRTO), Regional Tax Office two (RTO-II) and Large Taxpayers Lahore (LTU) start preparation and collecting the data from all zone to for presentation in the chief commissioner conference in Islamabad.

Customs Today learnt to from source that Chairman may lauds performance of those Regional Tax Offices those performs outstanding in last six months and Chairman want to meet the targets assigns to the Regional offices by the FBR headquarter to meet the targets of Rs4013 billion assigned by the government of Pakistan for the ongoing financial year.
