Ashraf Ali assigned look-after charge of Quetta Transit Trade Director

ISLAMABAD: Ashraf Ali, a Pakistan Customs Service officer of BS-20, has been assigned the look-after charge of the post of Director, Directorate of Transit Trade, Quetta.

The officer, presently posted as Collector, Model Customs Collectorate, Quetta, was assigned to look after the charge of the said post in addition to his own duties during the training period of Raza (BS-20), Director, Directorate of Transit Trade, Quetta with effect from February 21, 2018 to March 2, 2018.

Ashraf Ali was transferred and posted as Collector, Model Customs Collectorate, Quetta in September last year when he was working as Director, Directorate General of Transit Trade, Karachi.

Ashraf Ali had assumed charge as Director, Directorate of Transit Trade, Customs House, Karachi on June 19, 2017 after relinquishing the charge of the post of Director, Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation, Quetta/Gwadar with effect from June 15.

He had started working as Director, Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation-FBR, Quetta on March 10, 2017 and relinquished the charge of the up-graded post of Additional Collector (BS-20), Model Customs Collectorate (Appraisement), Lahore on March 4. He was promoted to BS-20 on February 27, 2017.

He, being a BS-19 officer, had assumed the charge of the post of Additional Collector at Model Customs Collectorate of Appraisement, Lahore on August 11, 2016 after relinquishing the charge of the post of Additional Director, Directorate of Input Output Coefficient Organization(North), Lahore on same date.
